It's that time of year where you just want to snuggle up with a big bowl of pasta and watch tv... Or is it just me? This recipe is my take on a classic and it's sure to be a crowd pleaser! What is better than peppermint ice cream? Um NOTHING. So that is why I created this recipe because when I'm trying to be my best self, ice cream doesn't fit into the picture, sadly. This shake is 100% natural and full of healthy, skin-glowing ingredients. I love the flavor and the texture! It's smooth and cooling...perfect for the warmer days ahead!

There is nothing in this world more refreshing than an ice cold glass of tea. I love it so much, I drink it by the gallon year-round. Juice is amazing and all but I'm sure you've all heard warnings about juice being "unhealthy" (i.e. striped of its fiber, spiking your blood sugar levels, causing unexpected weight gain, etc...)
