It's time for a recipe share! This is my all time fave smoothie recipe! It's got berries, greens, coconut milk and more! YUM. Just try it out and let me know your thoughts. (P.S. I know you'll love it.)

10 ounces unsweetened low-fat coconut milk
1 handful spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/4 cup chopped mango
3-5 ice cubes (optional)
1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender. Blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
