Juice is amazing and all but I'm sure you've all heard warnings about juice being "unhealthy" (i.e. striped of its fiber, spiking your blood sugar levels, causing unexpected weight gain, etc...) I have to agree with many of those statements, to a degree. So in turn I came up with an alternative, that way you can have your juice and drink it too. ;)
It's called keeping the fiber in the juice. Where you simply throw everything in a blender with water and liquify it all! Super easy, super nutritious, and less sugar spike this way! Yes, there's pulp, but that's what keeps you full and keeps ya regular. (Yep, I said it.) Enjoy!

2-4 cups of kale (destemmed)
1 whole mango (chopped)
1/2 cucumber (leave skin on)
1/3 cup cilantro
1 apple (cored)
1 lemon (juiced)
1/2 tablespoon ginger
A few cups cold water (depends on the consistency you prefer)
1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender. Blend until liquified. Enjoy over ice!
