It's time to get your sweat on! I am not the biggest fan of cardio because of how boring and repetitive it can get but I am absolutely crazy about interval training! It keeps things fresh and interesting- before you know it, your workout is done! Try this out next time you visit the gym and let me know how it goes!

Warm up: 5-10 minutes @ 8% incline
Interval set #1: 30 second sprint, 30 second off (feet on edge) x6
Interval set #2: 1 minute sprint, 1 minute power walk x4
Cool down: 10 minutes 1% incline
