My Big Surprise & Current Workout Routine

Hi friends! I am finally sitting down to writing an actual blog post. I generally write out recipes and call it a day. I'm not sure what is about writing, but I really like to put it off for as long as possible. Soooo here we go.


I am excited about a current project I'm working on and I wanted to share it right now (mainly because I cannot contain myself anymore...) I, along with RM Tack & Apparel are launching our very first fitness line of clothing. It is to DIE for. So beautiful... and comfy... and cute! It will be coming out soon so be on the lookout for that. It's really great quality, which I have found is hard to find without paying through the nose and even then, it's not guaranteed! This summer, I bought a pair of Stella McCartney leggings and was thrilled when I got them but they fell apart my first time wearing them... so that's when I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands and find quality clothing for a reasonable price. I will be sure to post about it as soon as I can get it sorted. I may also need models as well... I'll keep you all posted.


Now, for my current workout routine. I get asked this constantly and I thought I'd update you on my split. My coach has me doing some different things every day with the option of 20 mins HIIT or 30+/- mins SS cardio. I prefer SS at this time because it really helps ease my mind. 


M: legs & glutes + SS

Tu: chest & biceps + SS

W: glutes, legs & abs + SS

Th: rest (most likely do HIIT today)

F: back & triceps + SS

Sa: shoulders & glutes + SS

Su: rest
