Hey friends! This burger is going to change the way you look at buffalo... it is SO good. I ate this same exact meal for four days once and did not get tired of it. If you like a little spice and lots of flavor, this burger is for you!

1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Pinch of salt, to taste
1 pound ground chicken breast
1/2 cup diced onions, lightly cooked
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste

1. In a bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and set aside.
2. For the burgers, mix together all of the ingredients and form into 4-6 patties. Place in freezer.
3. Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place burgers on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked.
4. Lay salad greens on a plate and place cooked burger on the bed of greens. Drizzle with dressing.
4-5 (Makes for great leftovers!)
